Imagine seasoned fried chicken batter over fish. I’ve got my fish and chips fix now. This is going to be one of our go to places and a great addition to the neighborhood. ”

“ Part of my rating is just a celebration that they even *have* buffalo sauce, but also the chicken and fries were both the good crispy kind. 5 tender combo meal, $13, really not a bad price. I thought the buffalo sauce wasn’t like the best ever, but it also was fine and I was glad to have it. Default for a 5 piece should prob be two sauces. Thats all! I’ll def be back. ”

“ I ordered the Chicken gyro with a side of fries. The fries were good and crispy, I asked for xtra spice/sauce on the chicken gyro, it was smothered in white sauce with the hot sauce barely kicking. Overall store is clean and the price tag was @$11.32 ”

“ I tried Smokey Chick for the first time and was honestly really impressed. The chicken pieces were huge, fried perfectly, and tasted fresh — with actual flavor in the batter. I was pleasantly surprised, especially compared to Pelicana, which I’ve found pretty bland in comparison. It’s a tiny, hole-in-the-wall spot, but the people running it were professional, friendly, and very efficient. The customer service was genuinely great. I also tried the fries, and they were better than most — a larger portion and crispier than what I usually get at Pelicana. Prices felt very reasonable and fair for the quality and portion sizes. They also offer fried fish and sandwiches, which I haven’t tried yet but definitely plan to. Overall, a great first experience and I’d absolutely recommend this place. “ Went in for the 10 for $13 combo. Despite there being some fried chicken in the basket the guy at the counter told me he could make a new batch fresh for a 15 minute wait. I did and eventually was greeted by what is probably the crispiest, juciest, tastiest chicken in the area. To top it off, the price is more than generous. Great food, great staff. ”
